Ingredients

4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup rolled oats

⅓ cup brown sugar

½ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, mix strawberries with granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla. Spread evenly in the baking dish.

In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Pour melted butter over the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.

Sprinkle the topping evenly over the strawberries.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Frozen strawberries can be used; do not thaw and add 1 extra teaspoon of cornstarch.
Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
