Ingredients

  • 225 g goat cheese, softened

  • ½ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped

  • ½ cup pecans, finely chopped and lightly toasted

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

  • ½ tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped (optional)

  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix goat cheese, honey, thyme, and black pepper until smooth.

  • Roll mixture into small, bite-sized balls.

  • Mix chopped cranberries and pecans on a plate.

  • Roll each cheese ball in the cranberry-pecan coating until fully covered.

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  • Serve chilled or slightly softened.

Notes

Use gloves for neat, uniform cheese balls.

Can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance.

Serve with crackers, crostini, or apple slices for contrast.
