Instructions

  • Preheat and Prep:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook the Noodles:
    • Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
    • Drain and lay flat on parchment paper.
  • Make the Chicken Filling:
    • In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon.
    • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and stir until well combined.
  • Assemble the Lasagna:
    • Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.
    • Lay a single layer of noodles on top.
    • Add a layer of the chicken mixture, followed by optional spinach, cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of Alfredo sauce.
    • Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with noodles topped with Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, remaining cheddar cheese, and bacon.
  • Bake:
